First time you nail real one, a form letter thanking you. Second time in a row, 1000 Gil; third time, 2000 Gil, and so on, capping at 10,000 Gil. Reset to form letter if you turn in someone who was not or cannot be proved to have been cheating, to prevent flooding of reports.

Itaz: I think your method would require you go kiss people on the cheek before obtaining your pouch of silver. Really, a gil incentive for reporting people is so flawed its not even funny.
