My sex is violent, does that count?

Huh huh, I'm on Shiva. Huh huh huh. Get it? On Shiva.
I could've been accurate and said "Fenrir," but that's a bit much, even for me.
Ellipses on Fenrir There is no rush. If you're not willing to take your time, don't be surprised when no one wants to give you much of theirs.

Haha, really? I mean, shit, how petty can someone be? Selphiie is obviously dating you because she's one of those women with an unexplainable attraction to assholes, geez.

I know it's not what you were talking about, but did anyone else see that poll?
It was just a website polling, but it asked parents "what they would find most disturbing in a video game". The results?
A- A graphically severed head: 26%
B- A man and woman having sex: 36%
C- Using the F-word multiple times: 10%
D- Two men kissing: 28%
Or in other words: Two men kissing? Slightly worse than a severed fucking head.

You know, the worst part is that I've basically seen a doujin of all of this.

Have you ever seen the internet? Violence principle or not, boys will be boys
I'm kind of suprised more people arent taking up the free server transfer opportunity for this, getting an endgame LS to jump over to a low populated account would give them free reign on using their knowledge of the game to their advantage, getting all of the juicy NM's or higher level things done with little to no contest, I know that everyone has their friends and connections that they absoloutly love, but taking over an entire LS isnt all too heart wrenching and you can still communicate with old friends via the message system ^^
At least... thats what my LS did when Hades was created, it was a lot of fun stomping a brand new world

Re: Odin World Character Population (04/14/2008)
I'd still like to see Vana'diel be a single world. Of course, given how the game was designed, that would take a major revamp (pretty much every zone would need to quadruple in size, and there would need to be many more zones, and more reason for people to disperse themselves more evenly)

I wouldn't mind seeing way bigger zones. Some seem to small considering the sizes of players and mobs. Mostly during exp, strongholds, cities, NM areas, battlegrounds airships and ferries.
I mean come on, remember when ToAU came out and the ferry was the only way to get to whitegate? First week, I doubt a real one that size would be able to carry all those people and still had room for mobs to spawn on it xD

uh, no?
I took the boat like three times.
First time, was my first time visiting. Second time was because I had to leave to do something else. Third time was because I used up my Olduum ring like a 'tard. and needed to get back in a hurry.
Maybe the first few ferries were crowded, but not much more crowded than some ships got during other periods of mass emigration in the real world.

I know we at LBR haven't waved a big flag telling people to come over to Odin. Yellow Mage and others might think otherwise, but really, we haven't.
Merely defending myself here, but I never said that any of you all did. All I said was, and I quote

Heck, I love the show myself, and even considered going to Odin at one brief point, but decided that I'm perfectly content on Carbuncle (even moreso with the "GTFOOdin" reports from S-E).
Shorter version: it's not LBR's fault people are idiots.

Question: What, exactly, is LBR's appeal? I listened to an FFXI podcast for awhile way back when (Pet Food Alpha or something like that, I think.); it was ok for when I couldn't play, but when I was playing it seemed like it was always behind the times on whatever was going on (for example, they obviously couldn't cover updates and such until a few days afterwards, when everyone was already almost done talking about them)
I mean, I'm not going to assume LBR is crap without listening to it, and I have things I'd rather do than listen to it, but I'm just confused about why exactly it's popular at all.

Good question. Heck, I listened to one of their update specials and they said the stupidest things about what they thought Accomplice and Collaborator are for -- these based on Collaborator being newly released and Accomplice having been tried out for a while by a THF. I really wanted to scream at them, "No, you idiots, of course you don't get hate from the tank for long enough to recast shadows at 25% or 50%! That's not what it's for! It's for keeping hate off of the people who shouldn't ever have it at all, you morons!" Aside from that, it was pretty standard-issue speculation.
i don't know anymore if the zones were bigger and more ppl plsyed then lag then drops would fall in price or shoot up < not in a good way :S > more rmt more noobs and eventually then we would have travellers playing /panic
