PDT is Pacific "daylight saving" Time for U.S. West Coast. The equivalent idea in U.K. is "summer time".

Oops! I did get it slightly wrong there. I should have said "Pacific Daylight Time" or as you put it, "Pacific Daylight Saving" time.
I think my head must have been somewhere else when I first wrote it.
Nevermind.

After looking at the link you posted from the PoL site, it did take me a little while to find that same update from PoL's EU page, but I think I'm going to have to remember to use that method next time there's a big update.

I think the world will spin out of control on the day you (genuinely) post something irrational.

With yesterday's exciting (read: not exciting) attempts to level BRD, and the fact that the maintenance today ends rather late for me, I doubt I'll get a chance to experience any of the [excitement] first hand until tomorrow.

Not that I ever experience update details immediately anyway.
