Maybe they SHOULD start it on EU prime time for a change. I'm in the EU, so let it all rain down on me SE, okay? 
Anyhow.... I personally felt they had rather good timing with maintenance this evening, because I had only just finished the new expansion pack's (WoTG) dancer job quest too, which I quested with my lvl 43 WHM. Wooo hooo!! Hurrayy!! (sig update soon) So I only just got back to Jeuno in time to browse the AH and see what armour and weapons I could use for DNC before the server went down.
Well actually, I only just managed to buy a lvl 1 robe for it. So there'll be plenty of time to check out what other useful items and weapons e.t.c it can use when maintenance is over. This should be good I hope! Hehe.
The only thing I'm wondering at the moment though, is what sub job type you would best use for it in partying.
(I presume it would be a melee type. I'm not 100% sure though)
Or maybe I should just worry about that a bit later on, since it's most obviously just level 1 right now.

Last word there weren't going to replace the sponsor's glass, however he had another GM tell him that a SGM would contact him and see what they could do, so here's hoping.
