So yay! Official info at last! Ugh, the new trailer from the site doesn't seem to work though. The info page for Dancer is pretty sweet too.

The New Jobs tab is different this time though. When ToAU's site launched, there were 3 empty spaces. This time there aren't any, it simply shows Dancer. Curious...

The style, music, opening scenery and staging remind me very much of Final Fantasy Tactics.

I reflexively shuddered when I saw Karuha-Baruha.

What's REALLY weird, is that looked like a new iteration of Cait Sith standing next to the PLD near the end... and Atomos FTW!

I'm actually a little disappointed. I was hoping that WoTG would take us even further back in time, to when the Nations warred against each other. The Crystal War has been talked about enough and I don't have any more questions about it.

I was also hopping that every one would be transformed into little kids and join the White Lions when back in time, but... I knew there was no chance of that.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. That had to be Cait Sith, and I'm thinking that there'll be new Weapon Skills for each job (or the possibility is likely; that looked to be only a sampling of what's to come). Nice that we get to see some of the main NPCs actually in action, rather than just meet them after the fact and hear their legends.

Still kinda nervous seeing Kam'lanaut standing there again, forming the alliance that led to the nations' victory. After the Rize of the Zilart storyline, I'm sure anyone in that situaion would be at least a little ill at ease, knowing who and what he is, and what his plans are, and knowing they can't do anything about it at that time.

It'll also be amusing, at least personally, to see Blue Mages, Corsairs, and Puppetmasters running around in a time and place when they weren't supposed to be (according to history). The first weren't allowed to be there by order of the Emperor, the second were too busy fighting for their survival, and the third barely even existed at the time. Nice little bit of paradox us adventurers will be creating, eh? Looks like we'll be doing quite a bit of rewriting history.

My wife is gonna be all over Kam'lanaunt. She's a sucker for pretty boys. This looks fantastic. It's very exciting to look forward to.

I really get the feeling that Dancer is going to be female characters only. I mean, no pics at all of guys, the "AF" its pretty feminine (no offense). Of course I guess a different set of armor could be used for males, but hey, gender only jobs isn't alien to FF. (Though Dancer's counterpart was BRD in FFT).

Also, in the back round of 2 of the dancer pics, looks like Windurst and Sandoria "Besieged" is happening. (Gates are closed off)

Zazarg is in the trailer. Now messing with the past not only will mess with the allied nations, but Aht Urghan as well

And who called Atomos! Looks like its more of a monster/Gate to something else rather than a summon. Oh well.

Seriously though, am I the only one who's really creeped out by the freaky area Atomos is in? If I had to wager a guess, I'd say it's another dimension that acts as a bridge between the two time frames. Either that, or it's the world of the avatars (the former seems much more likely than the latter)


I'm going insane with anticipation. So many awesome things shown in the pictures... like that runic portal thingy behind the Dancer in windurst!

I might be "slow" on this, but near the end of the trailer a little before they was like "Could it be? Atomos...," What was that thing standing by the Paladin? Was that a mithra? A puppet? I can't really tell. Maybe it's just me. X_X

Dear... freakin... god.

SE has hit a home run again. Dancer looks awesome (hopefully it'll be enough to keep the pessimists quiet). And as a Summoner I can't wait to see Karuha-Baruha in action. Then seeing Trion as a boy, and Volker and Zeid together... I have a feeling this mission line is going to have a really amazing story.

Oh and the RDM in me: freakin SWEET rose weapon skill. XD Reminds me of Kurama from Yuyu Hakusho.
