What I wrote... if you want to do a whole "spam SE with a single point thing, you are free to use what I wrote.

1. Regarding the "Item Info" feature:
I tried it and was satisfied.
2. Please elaborate on why you selected this answer.

I find it very cool and nice. However, because I or anyone else doesn't use the LS Community Beta too often, it is less useful.
3. Regarding the character equipment information feature:
I tried it and was satisfied. 4. Please elaborate on why you selected this answer.
Same as #2.
5. Please share any opinions and requests regarding features on the Linkshell Community.
I think more needs to be done to attract people to the site. There are many useful features like the website FFXIah.com that the LSCB(LS Community Beta) could use. On FFXIah.com you can check the auction house online.

Being able to use the LSCB from your PS2/Xbox360 from PlayOnline viewer would be very nice as well.

It would be nice to have a public forum(maybe more than one, for topics like Chat, Trade, and Event) for each server.

I think the LSCB's Linkshell and Personal page could use more custimization to make people stand out. Maybe some small "bloggish" features.

Finally: I think the forum system is very, very restricted. The text limit is too limited and it's hard for a LS to use it as a base of operations when they can't hold special threads for their rules and other things.

Also, if you want people to be more interested, you should consider making it involve something more related to the game. Like a quiz or a flash-game that plays like a Final Fantasy Tactics but with FFXI characters.

Re: "FINAL FANTASY XI Linkshell Community Beta Version" User Survey (07/19/2007)

Since I can't fit it all, this is the second part:

6. Regarding the "Celestial Nights" event that took place on the Linkshell Community:
I participated but did not enjoy it very much.
7. Please elaborate on why you selected this answer.
I'm very, very upset that my server was unable to "win" the event and I missed out the furnishings. I really wish there was a way I could of done more as an individual instead of relying on other people. I made dozens of haiku, but it didn't matter because the event only counted total number of Linkshells instead of a small group's single effort.
8. Regarding the Linkshell Community (creation of [official] threads, posting of comments) having an effect in the game:
I liked how I could receive an in-game prize for participating in an event on the web.
9. Please elaborate on why you selected this answer.
I think if you make it less dependant on server and more depedant on individuals(or very small groups of 2-4) like normal events, it could be a lot of fun.
10. Please share your opinions and requests regarding events linked between the game and websites (not necessarily just the Linkshell Community).
#9 explains my feelings.

The Celestial Nights Moogle count wasn't based on total number of haikus or on total number of LSs that participated.

It was something else...or SE's counting system was broken.

I made a few tallies the last few nights and if anyone is interested, they're available in the Celestial Nights thread on the FFXI wiki's General forum (under my husband's name - Slip).

My server didn't "win" the prizes either, even though I wrote about 150 unique haikus. Of course, the last bunch were mostly about "Where are our Moogles?"

Re: "FINAL FANTASY XI Linkshell Community Beta Version" User Survey (07/19/2007)

I used that survey to give them an earful about the Celestial Nights event. I am very disappointed that my server did not 'win' the event, even though many, many people participated. I do think that SE's counting system was broken somehow. Missing out on Celestial Nights made me more frustrated than I should have any right to be about a damn video game, but that's the way I feel. It felt very unfair. I miss Summerfest! Bring back Summerfest!!
