They are so tasty, though! Plus, it's not like bunnies are endangered or anything. I might make myself a bunny fur coat to wear while I eat their babies.

First 3: First 3 letters of your name gets you an Egg Helm

Initial 8: First letter of your name, then the 7 following letters in the alpahabet you get a Happy egg
Example: Megumii, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T

7 of A kind: 7 eggs of the same letter gets you a Fortune Egg
Example: 7x "A" egg

Sandy egg: Trade RONFA in sandy gets you a Winged Egg

Basty Egg: Trade GUSTA in basty gets you a Lamp egg.

Windy Egg: Trade SARUT in windy gets you a Flower egg.

Now I know there is Jeuno Egg because its on ffxiah.com but I dont know how to get it, I tried trading JEUNO after I got all the other eggs in my home nation and it didnt work so if everyone has figured this out, please tell ;p

Jeuno Egg is called Jewelled Egg btw

The only clue I have to getting it is the moogle mentions a "super combo" and then tells you to forget he said it..

Good idea. Plus, it saves time, which can be better spent eating chocolate rabbit embryos.

edit: Thanks for that information, fallenintoshadows. When I can access the game again (it says I have no content IDs for some reason today) I'll be sure to get all kinds of egg-related goodies.

Erm FFXI is multicultural so it wouldn't be PC for SE to do something based on a single religeon. The Easter bunny and easter eggs are celebrated by alot of cultures for the kids with regard to spring and rabbits mating etc, note the easter bunny, without the real meaning of easter being prudent.

Happened to me, too. Try re-entering your credit card info, if that helps at all.

I got the Jeweled Egg when I traded GUSTA to the Moogle.

I'm not sure if having all 3 previous egg furnishings was enough or if it mattered that Gustaberg is controlled by my home country (Bastok) and I happened to be in Bastok at the time.

Thats weird o.O I traded gusta in basty and got the basty egg, ronfa in sandy and got sandy egg and sarut in windy and got the windy egg.. hmmm.. I wonder if its random Im going to try trading stuff again D: D: D:

It's not random; you just get the earlier furnishings first. But I already had all of them so I got the Jeweled Egg instead.

I'm just not sure if you need to get all 3 earlier furnishings or just 1 before being able to get the Jeweled Egg.

Edit: Just FYI for folks in general...

If you're having trouble getting certain letters, party with someone whose name begins with that letter. The Moogle will let you select his/her initial. If you select "Forget it." you get a random lettered egg.

And...if that other person happens to be wearing their Egg Helm when you select their initial, you will receive eggs for the first 2 letters of their name!

The new egg furnishing is actually pretty enough to use.

The egg helm has got to look hilarious on a tarutaru, but if the digging bonus is anything substantial I bet I'd get tired of seeing the ugly thing on my head every time I went digging. I'm not sure whether to be disappointed or relieved that my PC probably won't be fixed in time to take part in this.
