| Junior Member | Error about payment
Just wondering if anyone knows why PlayOnline won't let me register my debit card or my credit card as a valid payment option. They both are Mastercards, and I have contacted SEI about it, and they had no answers. So, guess it boils down to this: 1. My debit card doesn't have alot of money on it, does it need to even though it is a free 30 days? 2. The credit card is perfectly fine, so any ideas why that is failing? Thanks in advance. |

This is a common issue. Many times the solution is to wait and try again. Sometimes it can be a half hour later and other times it could take a day or two. No idea why, it's just how it is.
