Greetings,

I am currently trying controller pad my way through this PlayOnline Registration (my keyboard is in the mail) and I was wondering,

Is there a way I can register from my PC and simply sign in afterwards? I keep getting a "server is too busy" message and it is annoying having to key everything in with a gamepad over and over again.


Secondly, is there any significant reason behind the server too busy message? I heard that there was a character or player migration in progress a little while ago.
