Hey all i have a problem and i desperately want to start playing, im running Vista 32 bit, first of all i had the issue of the Play Online viewer being incompatible which is now fixed but i now have another problem! When i enter the PlayOnline Registration Code upon Registration i get an error saying invalid Registration Code, i typed it exactly how it was and just nothing! it probably wont work anymore as ive tried typing it numerous times, what do i do?

Im not on the computer but a big problem for me and a few people i know of when it comes to registration codes...
all the O you see.. is it a captiol o or a number zero (0) do you know? have you tried both?
For me i kept doing it and turns out the letter was actually a number.. give it a try. if not im sure someone will be posting right behind me with the right answer.

Yeah i see where your coming from, my registration code doesn't have an '0' or a 'o' in however, and there isn't any other characters which i could misread, ive checked it so many times, its so frustrating

Ahh i see. Well then i am sorry and i havnt an idea what could be wrong. It is an odd hour so you may not get an adequate response from someone that plays on the PC till tomorrow when people get on. Sorry i could not solve yours.

Then again so many of us gamers are nightowls during summer somone of the oh-so-many posters may come along any second.

Ah no worries, ive had no chance to phone them directly as of yet because of the opening hours clashing my hours of working, if anyone can help great, i shall give them a ring tomorrow and hopefully i'll be on

Just a quick question: did you buy the game brand new/sealed?

I know someone who bought a copy 2nd hand and when it came to play the codes didn't work. I think they expire after a while maybe? not sure D:

If you tried to input your registration code and didn't get your content ID number (8 characters, 4 letters and 4 numbers) then yep you should call support tomorrow. There's always the chance someone managed to guess that registration number and already used it, or you got a non-working code (it has happened before).

No it's when someone uses the registration code, it becomes invalid for all other POL IDs other than the original one used.
