connection speed
DSL 64 kbps upload and 384 kbps download

when i tried my real download speed its around 20-30 kbps

is it good enough to run FF XI without lags or freezes?

Since FFXI was designed to be playable on a dial-up modem connection (56kbps?), the DSL should work just fine.
