Well later today, come to find out when I try to log back on that my Content IDs were cancelled for some reason, and now POL isn't even loading the "Membership" page so I can go and reactivate them. Can anyone tell me ... what the hell? My credit card was billed this month and everything is okay with that, so it's not my payment thing. Trust me, I know about the missed payment thing and what happens, this isn't it.
This is very weird, I don't know why my IDs got cancelled without my consent, and I guess the network is slow and that's why I can't reactivate but is anyone else having this issue, or have you?

(and I should have replied to this earlier) ... but I didn't have to reactivate, nor did I have to call anyone. My content IDs came back on their own. Must have been a glitch or something. My characters are all fine, and I'm even able to get online now, but it was just weird.

All is fine now from what I hear.
EDIT: nevermind, it sounds more related to the disconnect issues going on. Still, at least he is able to get on now......for the time being :S  Thanks for the sig, Selphiie!!
