I just bought Final Fantasy XI today and when I got home installed Play Online, like the manual said. I tried opening the Play Online Viewer, but I got an error message: "Unable to start the PlayOnline Viewer. Please ensure that you are logged into your computer under an account with administrator rights." I was logged into my parents account, which has Admin rights, and it didn't work. I tried on my account, also admin, and it didn't work. I went back onto my parent's and uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I tried opening Play Online Viewer again and it didn't work. So far I've done this three times. I have all the system requirements and I don't know what's wrong. Pleeeease!! HELP!! |

Disc 1: PlayOnline Installation CD Disc 2: FFXI Installation CD Disc 3: FFXI Installation CD (Part 2) Disc 4: FFXI Installation CD (Part 3) Disc 5: Rize Of The Zilart Installation CD (Expansion Pack) So... if you don't have all of those, you won't be able to install the game. Recently, though, a DVD came out that includes FFXI, Rize of the Zilart, and Chains of Promathia (second expansion pack). Is that what you got with your friend? It would be easier to help if you provided us with a little bit more information. | |

We're under a maintenance period today so if you can't get into POL that's probably the reason why. Should be back up in a few hours.
