I recently signed up for the trial for FFXI, having enjoyed my first day I ordered a copy of the FFXI 2008 edition, 2 days later into the trial I start my client up it it says I've been banned due to a violation of the playonline or FFXI agreements with an error code of LM-17. I checked out playonline's support website but it doesn't seem to be functioning properly.

I can't think for the life of me what I could have done to breach the TOS.

I'm not sure what to do with the game sitting in front of me, unopened because I'm concerned I'll just get banned again out of nowhere.

Anybody got any suggestions for a slightly confused newbie?

Don't you already have a topic open about LM-17? Call Playonline like TGM suggested, only SE can tell you why you've been temporarily banned. (I couldn't get the Web chat to work right a few times either, so it'd really be easier just to call. Be prepared to be on hold for at least 20 minutes.)

I do. I couldnt find it so I assumed it had been deleted. My mistake.
