How to Cancel Game

Ok, well I don't want to play this month, so I canceled my content ID for my character near the end of June, because today is the date it renews. I checked my banking account, and I was charged for another month today anyways, and when I logged into the PlayOnline.com it shows Boheda as inactive, but it shows that the expansions are all active still, whatever that means. So I was hoping someone could tell me what is going on, when I canceled the content ID Boheda (which was my character's name), I was under the impression that that canceled everything, since I no longer have a character.

If there's something else I need to cancel, please let me know specifically how, because I deleted FFXI from my 360 and really don't want to install it again just to cancel the game. I think it's not right that they charged me for another month and if it's really this difficult to cancel the game services I really don't think I want to come back

You canceled after you got charged, simple.

Well.. unless you know you didn't... in which case, contact support is all you can do.

Thanks, I'll need to contact them. Because I definitely canceled before I was charged. I made sure I had my account canceled a week or so before my month ended so it wouldn't happen. I guess I'll need to call them to figure it out (I hate calling them, it always takes forever to get through to a representative).

Try the chat support, atleast you dont have to pay for it.

Thanks. Do you have a link to that? I've been digging through FFXI's site trying to find stuff on it, and I think I came across it but didn't bookmark it like I should have
