Where did ppl use to lvl 60-75?

All US releases have included RotZ, and if you bought in the last few years you probably also got CoP and ToAU too (I think the most recent collection even includes WotG). It would be hard to *not* have some expansions (unless you just didn't put in the code for them, which is free).

So it's true, but pointless.
