There's not a lot of NMs that have 100% drop, and of the ones that do, only a few have any real purpose (Pilgrim Wand, Joyeuse, the trigger items for rank 5 in Beadeaux, etc.).
There are also a number of NMs that are 100% drop on some items and random on others.

As far as why I question the original post, the point is that anyone asking about 100% drop NMs should be asking for it for a reason. Either they want something to do in their spare time where they don't feel like wasting their time even if they get claim (Charybdis for Joyeuse, for instance), or they want something consistent that they can sell (not many NMs I can think of where you get guaranteed drops for a saleable item - Adamantoise, maybe).
It's not that I object to anyone asking the question; I just feel that the wrong question has been asked in the first place.
