I suppose you could theoretically include the uncapped prime avatars in this, since it's 100% that you'll get some kind of reward from beating it..

Chocobo Leech drops Gassan 100%, but the Carbuncle's Ruby is random, just like any other leech. I know because I just acquired the Gassan from him not too long ago and did not get a ruby (not that I needed one, but I would have noticed had it dropped).
