So... where is this frickin fish...I'm curisin up and down the river between I-8 & I-10 killin all the Pugils in the area...been doing this for 3 days and nothing yet...Was wonderin if anyone has seen this guy before and is the staff he drops 100%

I brought out my lvl 20 war mule to camp the other side...we sat, crafted and killed pugils for 4 hours yesterday and nothing.
