He is rarely camped, but he has a very weird pop schedule.
90%+ of the player base has probably never even seen him lol so there isn't much info.
Overall in the last 6 months I am 0/5 on him. I don't understand why mobs that have a 24+ hour respawn time and only drop r/e stuff... don't have a 100% drop rate. >.>

If you want to sell it for the 100k or so pricetag, again, good luck.
