Problem with activating M11

I've already traded crystals to my W.W. guard till the bar is full. I've also completed M10 and it is already in my Missions completed section. I've spoken to the front desk mithra Pakh Jatalfih and tried entering the door to the ambassador, but it still doesn't work. I've captured the mithra's reply and the reply I get when I try to open the door. Anyone knows what's wrong or do I need fame to do M11?

The Abandoned Fei-Yin :
To receive this mission, talk to Endracion. For more details, head to the Sandoria Castle.
You'll need to head to Fei-Yin to fight a boss monster. (A level 50 PT is recommended) Since all m11 are the same for each nations, you can do this with people of other nationalities. To reach Fei-Yin, you'll have to go through East Ronfaure (north east) -> Rangemont Pass (north east) -> Beaucedine Glacier (north east) -> Fei-Yin. While you are at Beaucedine, you may also want to head north west first to retrieve the Vars teleport crystal in Xarbacard.

When you reached Fei-Yin, head to K8 of the map. You'll reach a burning circle (like when fighting the dragon). The max number of people enter at a time is 6 (no alliances).

When you fight the boss battle, pay attention only to the big skeleton and ignore the little ones (they're weak, but they will repop as you eliminate the small ones). A level 50 PT should have no problem winning this battle.

I did M11 today with a party of Japanese players. Basically go to North San castle first for a cutscene (you may have already had this) then go to Endrachion to accept the mission. Head back to the castle and chat to Halver for a daijinamono (blue item) and your set.

I've completed M11, seems that for Windurst the activation is much simpler. I just had to go to the highest level in heaven's tower and go through the door and get a cutscene with the item. Then finish off the Queen then go through the same door to get another cutscene to finish it off. Thank you for all the replies/help.
