so im on this and iv got myself to lv 16 war ,and i wanted to know where to get missions from ,or quests even ,is it just from talking to random NPC or is there some place for it ?

If your home city is Sandoria then in S. Sandy at the east and west gate there is a guy that gives you missions.. i dont know if they both do but one of them does lol

It's usually someone at the gate. However you might have to trade some stacks of crystals to the Signet NPC for rank points before you can get the next mission. At lower ranks, 1-2 stacks is plenty, but at the highest ranks it takes 5-6 stacks.
