Hey i finished the rank 1 missions, and i can't seem to find whoever i need to find for the Rank 2 missions in sandy. Help?

same npc just do the orc axes again maybe once or twice i bet your rank bar not quite full enough to get the next mission.

Turning in stacks of crystals to the Signet NPC also works for filling the rank bar.
