sandy 5-2 can't find npc

I just started the 5-2 mission. I talked to ptince trion and he told me to find a npc by the name of chursarguard in southern sandy. I've searched high and low for this npc and can't find him and info would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see any mention of an NPC by that name in the mission page at the FFXI Wiki.

That NPC has nothing to do with the mission. All you have to do is talk to Halver, the Prince, and simply go pound on Shadow Lord. Are you sure you triggered a quest and not the mission instead?
