I've covered all of my basis except finishing CoP 3-3. I talked to nearly all the NPC's in the building, all the gate guards, all the mission givers and they don't tell me anything conclusive. ;-;

I think you might need to speak with Halver...but yeah either check out a gob footprint or one of those story NPCs who can recall past events. I think you need to finish it with Halver because he gives you the seal. Also maybe check the missin guards in port bastok. Those guards I've always used for missions.

Isn't Halver head of the IM's?? Mystery Tour Says you're supposed to get the seal of Fe'yin from Halver... http://mysterytour.web.infoseek.co.j.../us/index.html

Halver is from Sandy and only applies to 5-1 if you are from there. For whatever reason, Alla and a few other places list Halver as an NPC for the other nations. Turns out that it was a glitch. According to Aries' post somewhere else, a GM fixed it.

Nice, so I guess it was Naji after all. Next update: An issue were players were unable to finish the Rank Mission "Darkness Raising" in Bastok under certain circunstances has been addressed.
