Heart of the Matter
Hello i'm doing the Heart of the Matter Quest i think 1-2? I'm in Wind Hurst and went to where it said to go. Some reason i cannot find the npc to start the cut scene. Also i walked around and found a door on top of the place but it's Unclickable Any idea's what I should do next? I'm totally stuck on this one.

Update I found the place in Windurst Woods for the Heart of the Matter mission.. The NPC i'm supose to talk to Isn't insight.. Is there something wrong.. Like a time and day he/she supose to apear.. or is my fame to low??

Thank you Feba. Is there any level caps on Missions that I should know of? Maybe that's why the npc isnt showing? i'm currently lvl 6 war/lvl 7 rdm/ lvl 5 thf.

(Edit) I checked the site. It does seem there's a certian level requirement lvl 13... So Maybe that's what Arurur or how his name is spelt dosent apear.....
Now to find a spot in Bastok to lvl up to 13 from lvl 5.. Gosh.
