"best of the west"

This is the first mission i've done from Windurst! Having only started the game yesterday I began this mission though haven't really progressed at all with it, i was too busy level my WAR, though i'm really confused as to what to do in this mission, i am supposed to see some guy in East SarutaBaruta, though i dunno where he is & who he is!!

Can anyone help?

To complete this mission, talk to Hakkuru-Rinkuru at E-7 in Port Windurst:

Then head to East Sarutabaruta and visit the eastern tower and talk to Ipupu, who you will see right as you walk into the tower (BEFORE you zone into Inner Horutoto Ruins).

You're too nice, Ice. -.-;; They've got to learn somehow! Using the serach function for the first time is like the first day of college. They've got to do it by themselves, because I'm sure as hell not gonna wake them up for classes on the first day. XD
