This is the mission at the Palborough Mines to defeat the Quadav beastmen and collect the four types of armor: Quadav Head, Arms, Torso, and Legs. I collected all the armor and returned to the mission guard in Bastok and he wont except the parts. He tells me I have to complete the current mission to move on to the next. Can someone help me understand why the guard wont take the armor so I can complete the mission. Thanks.

Did the gate guard up your rank to 2? (I'm assuming you're talking about the Fetichism mission.) What is listed as your current mission?

Yes, this is the Fetichism mission but I don't think that I am at Rank 2. My current mission is listed as Fetichism. How do I get my Rank to 2? Thanks for such a quick response!

Completing mission 1-3 gives you rank 2 and 1000 gil. You must not have finished it yet. Are you sure you handed in the 4 different parts? (Fetich Arms, Fetich Head, Fetich Legs, Fetich Torso)

Yes, I'm positive that I collected all four types of armor but the mission guard wont except them, that's who I'm supposed to give them too right? And I completed the first mission and the second mission which was Cid's. I just can't seem to complete the third mission.

Yes i believe you just trade them to which ever npc first gave you the mission.

I still can't complete this mission, is there any other suggestions or is there a way I can retry this mission?

I also have a similar problem with the Fetich Mission. I spent 4 Saturdays in a row solid playing to get these objects. I'm Level 8 warrior (havn't a clue which server I'm on and no idea where to go to find out). I have all four objects - the head, torso, arms and legs - but the bloke at Bastock Market entrance to SDouth Gustaberg who gave me the quest keeps telling me to finisdh the one I'm currently on. As the Fetich mission is the only current mission I'm on how on earth am I supposed to finish it. Also I have no idea what Rank I am and not a clue about how to find out.

are you just talking to him while you have the items?

Make sure you trade them to him, not just talk to him.
Select the NPC, go to menu>trade, hit enter
