OK, I have comepleted the 3 'Rank 1' Missions and I have earned 'Rank 2', but when I go to the gate guard to accept my Rank 2 missions, only the first 3 Rank 1 missions will be listed. I did get to racnk 2, how to i do the missions?

If it's like the bastok missons, you need to trade lots of crystals to the guards first.

well, either repeat mission 1-2 (by trading bat fangs to mission guard, bat fangs are very cheap, and it will give you more rank points than trading crystals) or trade crystals until mission guard gives you 2-1.

purchase 5-6 silent oils and get an instant warp scroll. the oils are required to get past poison fungars, which aggro to sound.

head to la thiene, and hang along the road until you find an elvaan npc. now head towards ordelles caves talking to every npc character you see. enter ordelles and talk to the elvaan next to the snippers (mobs in that area don't aggro but link like crazy). now head back outside and talk to every npc until you receive a bronze sword. trade that bronze sword to the elvaan in ordelles. talk to all the npcs outside in la thiene again. one will give a key item. once you get key item, mission is over.

i cant find the cave do u know where its is

path to the cave is F-6 on the map on the right side of the canyon. Once you spoke with the guard there, there is a path leading to the bottom. You can check this map if you need more help:
