I finished this mission got the gill and level up but i wont let me do the next one and is having me repeat it>

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Any information will help...

There are 2 possible reasons why it's not working.

1. You need more fame. This requires taking missions from NPC's within your own city

2. You need to trade more crystals to the guard standing next to the gate. If you go to status and profile, there's a bar indicating how far away you are from etting the crystal limit for the next rank.

Trade crystals to the guard till the new mission is available.

you need to trade more crystals to the gate guards at the gate of your city.
fame does not have anything to do with mission.

For quests with good rewards such as Warp. You can only start the quest with like level 3 fame or so. Also, the higher the fame you get slightly lower prices from npcs.

ok pls listen proply,
mission and quest are totally different thing.
mission = bastok, windhurst, sandoria,cop and zilart.
mission is those gate guard of your own country that give u etc unless is cop or zilart.
and you do it basically for the rank up or to unlock some game option like airship pass or sky access etc.
mission dont give u fame.
when u cant get a mission from the gate guard, it only mean either you did not end your previous mission proply or your "mission" bar is not full. mission bar are on your control the first one and u see a side bar thing. People usually trade the cheapest crystal they can buy from ah to the gate guard of your country to increase it. a good 4-8 stack will make it full or almost full. Why you want it to be full or almost full is because most mission that is ending need u to have it full to unlock the last few part of the mission to complete it.

quest can be from any npc in any town that give u reward but not rank up.
quest done increase fame. and fame have divided into few region or area.
fame sort of make you more popular with the npc in that area which u more quest.
example u done a lot a alot of sandoria quest = sandoria fame is high = npc in sandoria will know about you since u have good fame and well known = npc in sandoria will give you more quest compare to a lower fame player. so fame let u access or unlock more quest or special quest like avatar fight.
