Doing quests and missions in other towns

I was wondering how you get to do missions and quests in towns other then your hometown? Heard something about becoming a citizen but who do you talk to become one? Also, if you are signing up to become a citizen of one town, do you loose citizenship of your previous hometown?

quest is free to everyone. just talk to NPC and they will offer you quests.

missions are citizen specific. You can change citizenship at the most important place in each cities normally. Around President office in Bastok, the huge tree in windurst, the castle in Sandoria. I cna't remember the names of these places o_O;

you'll need to pay 10k when applying for citizenship too as i know.
