race question

what is the best race for dragoons....


basically i am asking what is the difference between a hume dragoon and a elvaan dragoon, because i dont wanna be a little midgit, and not a freak like the other guys...

Elvaan is the race you'd want then, since you don't want to do a Galka or Tarutaru lol:spin:

are they good for anything, other than being the best looking race?

Humes are like the jack of all races, good at all but not the best at them. Elvaans and Galka are some of the best melee races to be, Mithra as well. Hume could do good, but Elvaan would most likely do better

I plan on begin a TaruTaru when i become a Dragoon

I'm going to have a Tarutaru as my main and I know I'll eventually get the Dragoon job. Having a dragon hovering next to me thats the same size if not bigger is just too cool.

Hehe, for a while I was planning on making a melee Tarutaru but then I just decided to switch to an Elvaan cause I didn't want to die a lot. x.X; Cause i heard that melee Tarus die...a lot.. and since you can level down I'm not really into melee Tarus anymore :spin:

Tarutaru melee get a lot of hate. Don't be one unless you can put up with it and be very patient waiting for invites <^^>

I think the best race for dragoon stat-wise would probably be hume. Elvaan look sweet wielding a spear, but their accuracy is somewhat low.

Wyverns look the same regardless of race <^.->

And er, Galka are just fine for about any melee job. Dunno why someone would say otherwise.

back to topic, no one mentioned mithra dragoons... mmm, how are they at gathering hate as a melee?

I'm plotting to be a Mithra DRG. As far as how good it'll be? I dunno. First, your attacks aren't going to do as much damage as those done by Elvaan, Galka, or perhaps even Hume. But, your recovery time should be less and your accuracy higher. Note, I say should, as I haven't actually played the game, I can make no solid claims. :spin:
