No... I don't know anything about the Euro version...but I am guessing it will be just like the American with a 56k and a broadband and all which is compatible with FFXI.

The EU Network Adapter will be like most video game things... the exact same except slightly different coding and a later release in comparison to NA.

The european network adapter is broadband only, just like the Linux kit edition, and even the japanese version. The only one with a 56k modem is the US version. :sweat:
