Ah, you are at the "Extra Services and Support" menu. Do not mess with that, that is to reset your registration password for the Japanese online Knowledge base.

So, unless you can read Japanese, the online Knowledge base on their website will be of no use to you and you don't want to screw with your account.

Some people try to access the Knowledge Base page where it ask you for your e-mail address and support password, this is where you set it. The knowledge base will not recover your POL password, but will give you some info on the errors you may encounter and its corresponding error code.... if you can read the Japanese explaination.

My recommendation is not to mess with it. :o "If it ain't broken, don't fix it."
