Auto minimize on start up

whenever i start up playonline it minimizes to the menu on the bottom, what should i do?

I'm assuming that you are saying that it goes to the taskbar (start menu) if this is true than; right click on the shortcut, go to properties, and make sure than in the "run:" box it says normal window, not minimized.
