help with the log on!!

ok so here's the thing i did my setu up and everything went fine now i'm trying to log on and every time i do, this window pops up (1). i'm assuming it's asking for my pol password and i type it in and then it gives me this window (2), which i assume says it's not the right password... can anybody help me??

i think you might had written down the password incorrectly. Did you double check it before you passed up the screen that gave you your id and pass?

i had this same prob for a week, it turned out i had two capitalized letters in there and the thing i thought was a 5, turned out to be a lower case g. try everything that you wrote down COULD be, you will get it.
