How do you use those Jap Addresses exactly?

Theres lots of jap address thingys on the Jap Addresses link, but I can't help but be confused on how they work..The author didnt really explain much and im a bit baffled...Anyone know exactly how to enter these?

If it's the PC import cut and paste silly.....cut out of http://www.ffxionline.com/modules.php?&name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=28 simply cut it and when in the box inside the game right click and there are 4 options I think it's the third one down and it will paste it.

pressing crtl-v worked for me but i dont know if they disabled it since i got it last fall.
