Umm...that's a processor. But yes, it will run FFXI.

right-click on ur desktop.
properties.
settings tab.
this gives name then click settings 2 find details and change settings.

You are using integrated graphics, that won't run FFXI. You are going to have to get a Radeon indeed ;)
