Bcnm?

Looking around the Importer forums, I noticed a lot of talk about BCNM's. What are they, and why do you need "coins" to fight them? And more importantly, why isn't a White Mage a good choice for the battle party? ^_^"

BCNM = Beast Coin Notorious Monster fights...
it's more or less an optional battle in which you're main level may be capped, as to add challenge to it.

You need coins (which you cacn collect from ANY random monster) because nothing is free, and I guess they wanted to prevent people from doing it any number of times collecting items, because you can get some pretty cool stuff from them.

WHMs can be tricky in them because their healing will normally draw an aggro (since they consist of fighting, usually, several difficult monsters simultaneously), and if you WHM goes down, people generally panic and lose focus...it's more about crowd control than damage maintenence...this is why BRDs are so popular for them...

o-O BC stands for beast coins? hmm I always refer to it as burning curcles..... NM inside a burning circle...

oh...I thought it was Beast coin cause that's what you need to get the orbs to get into them O_o

Just to clear something up, I'm guessing Beastmen Coins are known as Beastmen Seals in the English/Beta version because those are the only things that drop constantly from any and every Beastman plus I have yet to see a Beastmen Coin.
