Trusty Credit Card for Import?

Well i'm hopefully paying tomorrow for the import and my dad is still unsure though about giving his credit card away to shall we say Japan(I'm using the himeya site). Is there anyway to insure him that it's alright? Thanks.

Himeya is located in California, USA. (http://shop.himeya.com/abouthimeya/) I believe what happens is that you use your credit card to place your order through the Himeya located in the US, and then they import the game and have it shipped to your house (Meaning you really don't give your credit card to Japan or anything). I got mine shipped from Himeya and my credit card is still fine.

im not sure exactly how it works but dont you have to "give your credit card to Japan" in order to pay for the online service? i can understand paying someone in the us to import the game for you but wouldnt you still have to "give it to japan" in the end anyway?
