ordering trouble!?!

I begin ordering ffxi this morning for himeya and I don't know what to do on the part where i put state. You see I live in a province(Newfoundland) in Canada but i don't see province er anything so what do i do?

e-mail them and ask if they send to your home. I think they do. their support e-mail is at the bottom of the page i guess.
The support guy of himeya replies my mail pretty fast everytime i e-mail him any question.
