Macro Help

Hiyas ^_^ I've been trying to make a macro for my Warrior skills forever now ;.; I've been helped a few times in game, but they still don't work correctly...

I was told you can macro both your job abilities and your weapon skills, well I cannot do either ;.; They both keep saying something in japanese when ever I try. They don't like something ;.;

One person said you can use the romanji to do it, one person said you have to use the kanji for it u.u;; Could someone give me a hand?

I would greatly appriciate it if anyone can give me an example of exactly what I have to type into the macro to do it! '/ja chouhatsu blah' whatever! ^_^ I would love you forever and ever if you told me exactly what to type for them all ^_^

Ooooh, a website or previous post that illistrates the points of my question would work in a similar fasion :)

Format: /<type> <name in kanji/katakana/hiragana> <target>

/ja = job abilities
/ws = weapon skills
/ma = magic
(you can also macro chat commands /say, /p, /l)

names MUST be in japanese form
<name>
Ex:
Taunt:
/ja ’§”_ <t>
(chouhatsu)

<target>
<t> = current target (for taunt or magic, etc)
<me> = buffs/magic
<st> = select target (for certain spells, it will let you select a member of you PT using a selection arrow)

You can also macro equipment (useful for bards) but I've never done that

Um, could you point me to where I can find the romanji for all the skills? ^_^;; Or anything? I expecially need to know how to spell, taunt, Burning Blade, and Red Lotus since I use them all the time in my PT's ;.;

use the tab menus

when your cursor is in Romanji input mode, hit tab and it will bring up a list of many menus where you can auto input things such as weapon skills, magic, phrases, etc.

job abilities => ƒWƒ‡ƒuƒAƒrƒŠƒeƒB list
Weapon skills => ƒEƒFƒbƒ|ƒ“ƒXƒLƒ‹ list

these are the only things you REALLY need to know to macro at your level

burning blade >> ba-ningu bure-do
red lotus >> reddo ro-tasu
the - is in the wrong place ^^; just point it out.

the easiest way, you can type in the first few letters then press tab.
for example red lotus. type reddo and then press tab you'll see all available words beginning with reddo in your list. red lotus wil be in there easy to find.
