The benchmark freezes on me so I'm worried that if I do import it I won't be able to run the game it's self:( :( :( :( :( I'm still waiting to getDSL to update windows to see if that will work but I'm not sure and can't wait much longer. So does anyone know if I'll be able to run the game since the benckmark freezes?

What's your system stats? it could be just a compatability or driver issue with one of your cards. Also...does it freeze right away or after a little while? :confused:

I was able to run it before but I was forced to reformat my HD >.<. It freezes in different spots, like right at the begining or a little while in.

I love the new sig Siya! Anyway, I would not go by the benchmark alone because it doesnt have all the updates, graphics, adjustments, ect. like the game does (over 1 gig of patches). But if your unsure, post all your system specs.

Random freeze huh? I had that alot in older games and it was always the video card or motherboard drivers. Try downloading any motherboard update drivers for your AGP port and updating the video card drivers aswell. If that doesn't work, might wanna look into a bios update too. Just be careful when updating the bios...if the power goes out you could wreck your motherboard. I'd recommend trying that last of course :sweat: Anyway, those are the main causes of lockups in 3D apps that i've seen over the years, and they're usually caused by old drivers that aren't supported by the latest games. I just reread your post, and you said you reformatted your HD. And with the freezes at certain spots. Sounds like your computer accessing your Virtual Memory (Harddrive). Try closing some applications or services. If that doesnt work, try raising your virtual memory (right click on my computer and its on one of the tabs), if that does work do what I said in my other post.

I downloaded the new display driver than poof it works ^_^ ^_^ looks like I'm importing sooner than expected.

I do wonder though...if we get in on the beta...since we'll probably be playing on the already established Japanese servers, Will we still be able to connect to our beta account once we get the retail version? I mean, the only thing we're really beta testing is the client afterall, not the whole game (from what i've seen anyway, that's what it looks like).

I'm sure no one knows the answer to this right now...it's just one of those questions like the annoying themesong in your head that you can only get rid of by giving it to someone else :p lol, sorry guys 'n gals :sweat:

Anyways, how many importers are in ramuh? I know on Rag sometimes all you see are importers at times. is it like that on ramuh?
