I have some questions regarding the NA version of FFXI. I'm sorry if this was posted before so here it goes:

1.) I'm planning of getting both the PS2 and PC version of the game. Can I make one account and use both at the same time with 2 different characters thus paying $10 each month and $1.50 for the characters.

2.) If I do get both the PS2 and PC version, can I use one IP Address at the same time or do I need to get another one?

3.) I have Yahoo! DSL and they use like a PPPoE sort of thing and i have to connect it everytime i want to use the internet, and according to www.shadow-dragons.com the requirements for the PS2 version is that i need to have an internet ready environment, will PPPoE work or do i need a dynamic or static address that automatically connects through the internet everytime I turn on my computer?

4.) Will my game go slower if i use both version at the same time?

5.) I heard that the HDD will cost like a 100 bucks, is this true?

6.) Can your main and sub jobs be both advanced jobs( for example main dragoon, sub dark knight)? Or can you all get the jobs and pick whichever you like?

I have a lot more but I can't remember. Please take some time to answer my questions and thx in advance.

1. you can't log in same account from 2 places. if you want to do so you need 2 accounts (if you buy 2 version you should get 2 accounts anyway)

2. as long as both PC and Ps2 have access to internet, you will be able to login. how you connect or how you share them shouldn't be any problem.

3. i don't know can't answer

4. .... not quite surewhat you mean.
- if you play 2 version from the same internet connection, the speed gotta be devided. but DSL should be fast enough to handle 3-4 FF XI connections i guess.

5. don't know. no idea.

6. once you recieve the job, you can use it however you like. put it in main, put it in sub, all up to you.
