Screenshots dont save

i can take screenshots ok and view them on pol then when i quite they dissapear :(
please why is this

my screenshots all dissapear of my computer, so they dont stay anywhere. its wierd, i can view them at first but after closing the game and the next time i log in theyre all gone !?

I think.... they should all be kept in your POL mail. try check your inbox

well theyre in the screenshot folder but then when i look in the folder again the next time afte rlogin on theyre gone :(

Are the screenshots I take saved somewhere on my computer?? Or do I HAVE to access them from POL??

well you can access them on pol, or you can find them on you computer under the ffxi directory..

Where, I tried looking? I want to know so I don't have to email all of the stupid pictures to myself.

Thanks a lot!! But now there is another problem.........I have taken a CRAP load of screenshots and nothing is in that folder?? How do I get my screenshots to save in that folder??

Same here, the folder is empty.:confused:

yea the same happens to me.
for some reason and i dont know why they dissapear when you log off from pol and the game. and hence the folder id then empty.
What i do is to leave the game but dont quit pol all together then move the shots outta the folder into another place...simple.

I found the right directory to get your pics without emailing, it is....

C:\ProgramFiles\PlayOnline\SQUARE\PlayOnlineViewer \pub\home01\open\ScreenShots\FinalFantasyXI

I checked that directory too....I don't have any screenshots?? I just need to know HOW to save my screenshots??
