ok im lvl 52 mnk now and was wondering what good pants are there, also i saw some pants with kick attack +3, does this help my kick attacks even more?

just asking cause a friend of mine said he really didnt notice much of a diff, is the +3 affect the hit rate or the dmg cause by it?

It affects the "activation" (proc) rate. So you'll see more of it by wearing those.
