Throwing out from POL view without any unknown reason

I am playing the FFXI on my laptop and it is a vista operating platform.

When 1st time I installed the FFXI on the laptop is just allow me to play for long time without any problem. However after a recent update from FFXI, I have been chuck out from POL view on random oocassions.

I am using the full screen not the window mode, basically the whole programme just stop functioning and they do not have any error mesasge as showing in the forum...
I have try contact the Playonline, however from their view they also can't figure out what's wrong with it... :cry: :cry: :cry:

Anyone here has ever encounter this problem before !?

It is very annoying when i am on mission it just chuck me out without warning >.<! and the whole laptop screen just when black and just an window pop up box saying sending error report to window ..... :worry:

Please anyone assist me

The next time this happens, get the Details (the other button on the pop-up that asks if you want to send error data to Microsoft) and paste the text into a reply here. We can't diagnose a problem when the only information to go by is that you're randomly dropping to desktop.

FFXI will usually crash on Vista when the window unfocuses or a UAC prompt comes up. There is most likely something running in the background that is causing the issue.

I have random Vista crash issus as well, I'll be fine for days straight and one some days I get kicked from the game on multipe occasions. I've tried linking it to zones or to programs I have open but nothing seems to connect, so I've just learned to put up with it.

I'm sorry I can't be more help, but at least you know it's not an isolated issue.
