I just saw this AWESOME new bst shield called the Pallas's Shield (http://www.ffxiah.com/item.php?id=16173&sid=9&ig=1&stack=0), but i can't seem to find out where i can get it! Is it a new item from one of the nations? It's not from sandy that I can tell. Bastok maybe? Anyone got any info? I want this shield >< Def: 20 lvl 72 Bst only, increases effect of Reward, and Pet: +10 defense
I want it!!

I want it!!

Drops off Pallas in Vunkerl Inlet.

He has three pet tiger NMs and if his actions in present day are any indication, its not a good idea to kill his pets, bring a sleeper.

actions in present day? Um, what about his location too? Is he super strong or what? Can i fight him as a lvl 72 bst?

Pallas has 3 pets so its a fight against 4 mobs, i doubt you can easily solo it.

Either a competent sleeper (or 2), or a strong team of beastmasters.

ok how about level range? It's not.. one of those new nms just released is it?? If so, can i get the location of it? I want to scout out the area. Is it a force pop? What type of monster? Lottery spawn? Any info would help

Seems to be around the K-6/J-6 area from what I've read.

Check out Pallas in Delkfut's Tower to see him in Present day... he's a forced spawn in the present, probably not in the past. Really, really not a fun fight. See every BST NM in the game over lvl 60 for reference.

i looked for a wiki before but i guess i missed it... either way, does he still charm you in the past? Can i charm his summoned tigers?
