Theres a nice little story behind this screenshot, I was farming in Onzozo /anon, but still had a /seacom up saying i was hunting Cockatrices for Cockatrice meat to craft Mithkabobs (coughBalfree :]) and I went uncontested for awhile until this Monk shows up and starts killing Cockatrices, at first i was a little mad, but then i found out he was JP so i understood, my /seacom wasn't JP friendly, it just said I was killing Cockatrices for {Cockatrice Meat} so for about an hour i continued to kill Cockatrices, after that our the Monk was aboutt to leave, but before he did he send me a /tell {Cockatrice Meat} {Do You Need It?}. I then searched his /seacom seeing that he was just after Cockatrice skins to craft beak mantles i think. I said yes, we traded, he was about to just give me 3 stacks of cockatrice meat for free, but then i loaded him with cockatrice skin i had farmed up even though i could have profited from them too. We said our Thank yous and he left. It goes to show that there are nice decent people who farm agaisnt you sometimes.

Was down farming Fomor Codex's when a duo came down to try to learn Frightening Roar, or whatever it is, so instead of competing, we teamed up, we'd help them learn the BLU spell in exchange for a Fomor Codex ^^ I love the social interaction and friendliness you find in this game.

I'm jealous, because most of my highjinx usually ends up dodging (It's a trap!) "Manthras" and getting pwnt in the dunes.

Though, I did have a similar experience with Carnero; and by similar, I mean COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I found him at the entrance of bastok. A new guy trained him there, and since he doesn't despawn when trained... I just walked out of bastok, killed him, and got a free sword. 1. 2. 3. XD

Thats right... just like a Paladin... during the Airship mammet fight i wore complete DEF/VIT/Damage Reduction gear, and just stood in a corner and took an insane beating while the party picked them off one by one...

I thought this was funny, i swear people take this game WAYYYY too seriously sometimes. You know how there are days where no one is tele-taxing in Jeuno/Whitegate and you sit in the town for about 10 minutes until you finally get a teleport (although for all you higher level players you should have already mastered transportation to the point where you can go from point A to point B, and know how to get there quick and efficiently). So this guy was shouting for Retrace in Jeuno, and of course it was during a time when no one was really doing any teleporting or retracing or recalling, so this guy gets all pissed off because he thinks we are all too lazy to go out of our way to help him when people like me (and alot of lower lvl people sitting in jeuno) dont even have the ABILITY to Retrace yet or have the job leveled to do it. So he goes and BLOWS 80k on the scroll to do it himself instead of figuring another way there.

What i don't understand is why he just didn't do that in the first place if he has the job leveled, and why he didn't just quest it instead of blowing a ton of gil on it.

People make me worry sometimes ... :worry:

Merit Party in Castle Oztroja [S], we just went up from floor one to floor 3, got about 15k exp doing so, it wasnt bad, traditional skillchain party with 2x Samurai, one /sub THF to close Darkness skillchains onto me. It was really nifty ^^, got alot of gil and stuff to sell, it was nice. Definitly a big break from seeing nothing but TOAU merits.

If your going to lvl Corsair, do it right, Corsairs HAVE Ranged Attack, its called a Gun, and if they are needed to pull, then they pull, If you have ranged, your pulling, end of story, maybe someone needs to just lvl Bard...

Only thing that really bugs me are these goldfish THEY ARE ANNOYING! I was doing the COP mission where we have to kill NMs at towers for the Tavnazian ring, and these bloody things wouldn't leave me alone... shoo shoo... GO AWAYYY -whine-

ok, is it just because I haven't played in awhile, or is Selphiie's aspect ratio way too wide for the resolution she plays at? Everything looks scrunched.

I've see many of the GEForce do that i think it's just the graphic card in general, my shots are pixelated(but good damn you!) and spread out but in seph's sses and many others the quality is higher because I think the pixelation isn't "floating" around the characters making them looking smaller and scrunched instead of poofy and serrated(sp?) around the edges.

Also, I didn't recognize that was you until I saw your name=/

Because of my crashing problems with .net windower, whenever i do big events that are more graphically intense i switch to official windower, it would seem it cuts down my crashes alot, so i cant like screenshot the chatlog or anything, and the screenshots are smaller and a little crappier, but atleast i got them for memories ^^d

Nyzul Isle, Adamantoise, Omgwtfbbqkitten was here, i tanked it as PLD/NIN the Aqua Breath was killing me but we managed to win with no deaths. No drops though. Although before this was Behemoth and we got Goliard feet off him!

The NM for COP:8-2, I was SOOO lucky with this mission, i was just soloing stuff in Sea as PLD/RDM when a random party comes by and asks if i needed the mission, of course i accepted. It was PLD(me) RDM,NIN,THF. It was a flawless escort, the RDM was add control, he would Sleep II and Sleep everything while i came from behind and flash/claimed the mobs so when they awoke they would come charging for me. We did the NM with 3 adds beating on me and still won. It was awesome.

Today's LS event was KS99s, your orb your drop. It was pretty fun, took like 5-6 hours to do because so many people brought orbs, but it was still fun, nothing gamebreaking dropped for anyone, people walked out with a minimum of 200k and the best was a drop that scored someone around 900k, it was still good. Plus 2k for every win, (since it drops gil too), added up as a nice little bonus pocket cash. One guy finally got his first piece for Black Belt, he is well on his way :)

I love scaring away partys that try to camp on top of me... i show no mercy as BRD/NIN, if you camp on me you will never see an unclaimed mob, and i will guarantee that, i scared away atleast 3 partys from trying to camp on me.
