xBox controller question - easy question

Hi,

Simple question. I'm new and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get my character to 'sit' using the Xbox controller?

Can someone respond with the right button sequence to do this? I've searched in the menus, everywhere - and I can't seem to do it!

There is no button for /sit. It's an emote like /smile or /wave. I remember healing for the first month I played this game because no one ever told me how to use /sit.

If you're talking about '/heal' as in for magic and hp restoration and inconvenient aggro, you should be able to do that by pressing the left analog stick like SA noted.

I think it's /heal I'm looking for - because I'm trying to get back my HP and MP...
